Hello Conference Committee Members:

As you all know, we have been working very hard on conference planning activities. Greg and I would like to thank all of you who have dedicated time and energy to making this conference great! Much has happened since we met in January and I would like to take an opportunity to briefly update you on all that has been accomplished.

               (1) In General:

· The chairs have chosen Kristina Kowalski of Loucks Associates as the graphic designer for the conference. She developed the conference header above. We are currently working with her on the conference and exhibitor brochure design.

· The idea of switching from a paper-based to an internet-based system for compiling session evaluations is being explored.

· The physical logistics and audio/AV rental for the conference are currently being discussed.

· The co-chairs have attempted to touch base with the MnAPA student director to determine ways to get more students to attend and be involved in the conference........................................................................etc.
