As promised I did get inspired at lunch...I was out for a walk and was stopped by an older lady who just wanted someone to chat with. She was very nice and loved the way the wind was blowing the grass around making it look like water ripples. She had been shopping for some groceries and decided it was a good day to walk...then our conversation went on to talk about types of foods and how so wanted to start eating healthier. I thought it was cute when she was talking about the yogurt she had bought... because she saw this young gal buying it also... Although it was higher in calories then what her previous pick of yogurt had been.. she bought it to try for herself. I just thought is was cool that this cute little old lady was looking up to the younger generation and using them to stay in tune with the current trends. . . love it! ttyl!
p.s. this lady reminded me of my grandma...that's why this encounter was so cool to me.
